Renovations & Extensions

We are a leading Auckland-based team of specialist builders focused on residential renovations and extensions. Whether you’re looking to refresh a villa, modernise a bungalow, reconfigure a unit, or add value to a rental property, we transform living spaces into unique, personalised homes that look great and live even better.

From internal reconfigurations - such as removing or adding walls, changing room layouts, or small internal remodels - through to full-scale extensions, we combine architectural insight, high-quality craftsmanship, and deep local regulatory knowledge to deliver results that add lasting value.

Why Homeowners Choose Us

  • Trusted professionals - We are Licensed Building Practitioners (LBP) and proud members of the New Zealand Certified Builders (NZCB). This ensures your project is managed by qualified builders who meet strict industry standards.

  • Guaranteed protection - As NZCB members, our projects are covered by the Halo 10-Year Residential Guarantee, giving you confidence that your investment is secure.

  • Fully insured - We hold all relevant public liability and statutory liability insurance, protecting you, your home, and your project at every stage.

  • Clear process, clear costs - Like other leading NZ renovators, we focus on upfront transparency, fixed-price planning where possible, and open communication throughout the project.

  • Craftsmanship that lasts - From structural work to fine finishes, we deliver work that not only looks good on completion day, but stands the test of time.
